Join Pat as she facilitates the Five Element Healing Movements created by Master Chunyi Lin. You will perform simple, yet effective movements to open your energy channels, followed by a guided meditation and experience an individual qigong healing during the meditation. No experience necessary.
Pat Sheveland, Founder of Positive Aspects Today, is a certified life coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Registered Nurse. She views herself as a healing guide, believing that everyone has the capability to heal themselves from the energy blockages within ourselves which can create emotional or physical disturbances in our bodies. As a Spring Forest Qigong Certified Trainer, she facilitates group practice sessions, teaching participants simple and effective movements to open energy channels. She also is a skilled meditation guide and energy worker.
