Chanin Zellner and Liana Dang are collaborating to give you an evening of relaxation and stress relief. The event will include a 1 hour yoga practice, guided visualization, and group energy healing session using the Vibrational UPgrade™ System. You’ll also gain insight into how stress impacts our physical and energetic bodies due to conditioning from our families and society.
Liana will lead the class in a therapeutic hatha yoga practice weaved in with somatics (movements that retrain the neuromuscular patterns that lock in stress and tension patterns.)
Chanin will inform you about the root cause of stress – our childhoods – and how the false beliefs we acquired impact us. She will offer clearing statements to help heal these false beliefs and traumas that are keeping you from living a life filled with abundance, peace, and joy. During the yoga practice, Chanin will be sending energy to each of the attendees.
Chanin is a Reiki Master/Teacher and Dragon Master in the Vibrational UPgrade™ System. After 30 years in the accounting industry, Chanin listened to the Divine’s call for her to pursue her soul’s purpose which is to help others heal from their trauma.
Through her company, The Light Vessel, she does private sessions for individuals to help clear their chakra blockages caused by trauma and false beliefs from their childhoods. Through mindfulness coaching, she also helps rewire their brains so they can see the wonderful possibilities life offers to them. Chanin also conducts various educational workshops around the Twin Cities to help empower others to heal themselves. She can be reached at email@example.com.
In 2011, Liana first found yoga as a way to manage stress. Over the years of practicing yoga, she developed a deeper connection and understanding of her true nature. Yoga is what creates union of our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, impactful selves – all existing on many planes. Liana loves helping people of all walks of life and sharing yoga is a part of her mission here. She received her 200 RYT from Green Lotus Healing Center and teaches Hatha (gentle), Vinyasa, and meditation at Tula Yoga in St. Paul.
